Kara is a Reiki Master, attuned by Marie Manuchehri, R.N., with lineage traced directly to Dr. Mikao Usui. She is a former Religious Education Coordinator of the Pacific Unitarian Church in Rancho Palos Verdes, has a background in child care, and is a former nanny with experience caring for special needs/non-neurotypical children.

 

Kara is passionate about spiritual growth and awakening, with special focus on learning self-love through joy, shadow work and integration, and creating healthy parent/child relationship dynamics. 

 

She offers in person Reiki sessions in her home/Reiki studio in North Portland, as well as Distance Reiki via Zoom. She is currently studying Astrology and Tarot Reading.
