Sophie is a clairvoyant, psychic-medium. She has been aware of her 6 th sense clairs since
childhood. In seeking life’s answers and a much-desired inner peace, she has done a
lifetime of exploration and self-development through meditative, mystical, and spiritual
studies. Sophie’s passion is to help others reconnect with their deepest selves for true
balance and inner peace.
Sophie has had the honor to study with exceptional teachers including Sharon Sananda
Kumara, Sara Wiseman and Diana Burney. She is currently enrolled in the Meditation
Teacher Certification Course through the Deepak Chopra Institute/Gaja Collective, and
will graduate May 2026. She has worked at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies in
New York, and lived at the 3HO ashram in Toronto, immersed in yogic and meditative
practices, including teaching.
Sophie always works in wholehearted mindfulness with the goal of bringing you the
balance and clarity that you desire. You bring your questions, and the divine will weave
together through energy transmissions, verbal, and symbolic soul-based messages for
